Pinnacle Imports has been a longtime supporter and sponsor of Free the Hops and their "mission to bring the highest quality beers in the world to Alabama".

As a craft beer and fine wine distributor, our goals at Pinnacle Imports align perfectly with what Free the Hops is trying to accomplish with their legislation. Their passage of the Gourmet Beer Bill and the Brewery Modernization Act have helped change the idea of what beer can be in Alabama and brought hundreds of new beers into the state. Without Free the Hops, Pinnacle Imports would not be where we are today and we thank them for that.

Pinnacle Imports actively supports Free the Hops' upcoming Gourmet Bottle Bill which will eliminate the container size restriction. We look forward to being able to increase our craft beer portfolio to include 22oz and 750ml bottles that many craft breweries currently use. Alabamians deserve the same choices the rest of the country is afforded in regards to craft beer and should be allowed to purchase the many great beers that are bottled above 16oz like the other 49 states.
